Message from the President
It is with pleasure that I tell you that we survived the relocation of our corporate
office in Seattle. I'm only sorry that I cannot report that it did not go without
problems. As I'm sure many of you could guess our most serious problem was our phone
service. From my personal experience I can tell that any time you have more than one
phone company involved with your phone service you don't stand a chance. I can also
report there is no such thing as customer service. What the phone companies practice
is anti-customer service.
My sincere apologies to each and every one of you that had difficulty reaching us
during this transition. The variety of problems with the phone system are too
numerous to go into and I won't bore you with the details. However it now appears
that our problems are behind us and we can concentrate our efforts on better serving
you our clients.
We will continue to select some of the subjects from our previous Track Selling Times
TM for your review. We've gotten excellent feedback from segments that we have used
for the past three months and we will continue that process. I am confident that you
will find them of interest and of significant value.
I again want to remind you that Track Selling Times is created especially for you,
the sales professional. I appreciate your continued flow of ideas and suggestions on
how we can improve the overall value and quality of Track Selling Times.
I also encourage you to pass along Track Selling Times to your friends and
business associates including your customers whom you think would receive value from
it.
Thank you again for your continued support of Track Selling TM and Track Selling
Times TM.
Sincerely,
Roy E. Chitwood, CSP, CSE
